At Clever Consumption, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To assist you, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Return Time Frame
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
- The return process must be initiated within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached or in it's original condition.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, lingerie and eyewear)
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they were original sent to you defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customers@cleverconsumption.com
